We don't give refunds for change of mind or for unused searches. If the Service doesn't work as described, contact us and we will fix the problem or, if we can't, refund the affected period. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including remedies for a major failure.
5. Acceptable use
You must:

- scrape, automate, systematically copy, export, store, resell or republish results;
- share your account or get around search limits;

6. Accuracy of results
Results come from Google Maps and other public sources. They may be incomplete, out of date or wrong, including phone numbers, websites and ratings. The lead score is only a guide and does not predict whether a business will buy. Check details before relying on them. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Google, and Google's own terms apply to its data.
7. Our rights
We own the Service and the lead score. We give you a limited, non-transferable right to use the results for your own business prospecting while you have access.
8. Consumer guarantees and liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. Subject to that, the Service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss or lost profits, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Ending your use
You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end the Service, or your access, for breach of these terms or for legal reasons.

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.
